The Cleanliness was great, very friendly staff and helpful security personnel , convenient parking not forgetting the excellent breakfast, extra credit to the chef for preparing a delicious vegetarian meal if you're a Vegetarian. Most importantly to me and my family the hotel is conveniently located close to the market and shopping areas, at nights the view at the roof bar has a spectaculous view of its surrounding area.

Had breakfast 2 mornings although the basics were the same many of the items were very different which is great I left very early my last morning which the hotel was aware of & had a packed breakfast for my travels i thought this was exceptional customer service The rooftop bar & restaurant was very nice with very well presented meals I had the hotel help me arrange transport back to Guyana it seems this is not something they do often or have never done before but they made sure it was set up for me much appreciated

Breakfast was good, but for a Country that has some many fruits and vegetables I've expected they would serve a wide variety of fruits.

I liked everything about the area, the room shopping downstairs and market across the street except the bathroom because when we shower the water keep running out of the shower area into the bathroom so it was a lot of water. It soaks up the bathroom nowhere to drain.

Convenient to have all the facilities in one location, Sky Lounge, which hosted great events, Bar and Reastaurant. The food was good and not too pricey. Friendly and courteous Staff.
